The Spa at Stanley House is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join an existing team in our award winning boutique spa. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley, our family owed hotel spa is one of a kind, hosting 6 treatment rooms and is partnered with hand selected luxury brands such as Natura Bisse, Temple Spa and OPI. There are thermal bathing facilities including 4 sauna/steam rooms and a spa lounge for guests to enjoy before or after their award winning treatments. This is the perfect location for the right candidate who loves the niche element of our spa environment where we create unique and memorable experiences for all the guests that visit. Person Specification We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable team player who will enjoy being the first point of contact at the spa. You must be presentable, professional, and upbeat. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work well under pressure, and also someone with an excellent telephone manner. You should have a high level of detail orientation to maintain the 5 bubble spa environment and ability to multitask duties. The role also includes supporting the spa reception function. Previous experience in a front-of-house spa position is ideal. Job Overview Spa attendants are the frontline employees of the spa industry. They’re responsible for providing guests with an exceptional experience while they relax, unwind, and treat themselves to a variety of services.
