The purpose of this position is to have a detail oriented and friendly Associate that is able to open the cafe line and assist the Catering Coordinator with catering duties and delivery of catering orders to clients. The Associate for this position would be trained in all aspects of the cafe: line, register, barista, dining room, dish, and catering.

·         Hold a current State of Ohio driver’s license with a clean drivers record

·         Hold current auto insurance and provide proof

·         Adhere to Panera Bread/Covelli Enterprises current dress code policy

·         Adhere to Panera Bread/Covelli Enterprises no smoking policy while on the clock and delivering catering orders.

·         Work shift is:  5:00am to 1:30pm with ½ hour break.

·         Set up and open cafe line and assist with other opening duties when needed

·         Work line when needed throughout shift as needed

·         Assist Catering Coordinator with catering production of orders

·         Deliver catering orders to clients on time and in a professional manner.  Set up if needed

·         Follow Panera Bread/Covelli Enterprises delivery policy and procedures.

·         Attend to company catering vehicle needs.  ie: oil changes, take for any major services needed, ensure interior and exterior of vehicle is clean

·         Ensure company vehicle is gassed up and ready for each day.

·         Cell phone should be charged and kept on when doing deliveries in case the cafe/coordinator need to call you

·         If using a personal vehicle for deliveries, car must be clean inside and out, gassed up and ready for the day's deliveries, must be in good working condition, have no vulgar/conflicting stickers on it and must be odor free.

·         Run errands as needed – go to other cafes to pick up product or stores to purchase items needed.

·         When using a personal vehicle, mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS going rate of 70 cents per mile and paid out daily at the end of the shift.
