Zedwell Capsule Hostel is an exciting, modern, and innovative project in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, offering guests a unique and restful stay. With 990 capsules and direct Underground access, it provides a distinctive accommodation experience in central London.

 

We are looking for a hands-on experienced Duty Manager, who is able to drive our brand in our property, maintain the sanctity of the space and drive quality across the hotel, though our Zedwell Family.

 

What you will be doing:

 You will be the ‘face, soul and promoter’ of our brand in our property in Piccadilly Circus. You will assist our guests to flow through our space, understand our space and enable our guests to switch off from the bustle and chaos of the city. Plus, you will enable an environment that is conducive to ‘good night sleep’ through our Hosts and with the help of other departmental guides. Your role is pivotal in the brand’s evolution so you will help rollout initiatives, analyse the impact, help adjust and start the cycle once again – you will be the change enabler.

As a Duty Manager, you should be strong in turning vision into action and you should be a champion of change. You should be passionate about hosting (role modelling) and getting the best out of the Zedwell Family. You should work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that issues are solved correctly, the first time around.  You should be comfortable in dealing efficiently with complaints, approaching them as opportunities to build trust and brand reputation.  You should be able to bring positive energy into the team as this is the foundation for our ethos to flow across the space.
