Criterion Hospitality is looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Manager or Revenue Director to take charge of revenue strategy across our expanding hotel portfolio. With seven operating hotels and two new openings this year, this is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in hotel revenue management and distribution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue and pricing strategies to maximise performance across multiple hotels.
  • Manage distribution channels, OTA partnerships, and direct booking strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and support the revenue team, ensuring best practices and efficient use of revenue management systems.
  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to drive informed decision-making.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector, ideally across multiple properties.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions.
  • Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across different teams.
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems and hotel booking platforms.
