We're seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, driving efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service. You'll manage staff, develop revenue-boosting promotions, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and handle inventory and budgets. Proven experience in hospitality management, strong leadership, organisational skills, and excellent communication are a must. Join us at Alba and help us achieve new heights.
