Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Barback to join the fantastic Alba team.
Located near Harrods, Alba Restaurant embodies authentic Italian hospitality with a modern twist. Our inviting interiors mirror the vibrant colours of the Amalfi Coast, creating a sensory dining experience. From our impressive open kitchen featuring fresh seafood to indulgent dishes with Piedmont Truffles, every meal is crafted with care. As Barback you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Bar Team and ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies, including refilling ice bins
- Maintaining a tidy back bar area.
- Keep the bar clean by maintaining counters, sinks, coolers, and equipment, and assist with washing glassware, wiping surfaces, and managing trash and recycling.
