We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Sous Chef, to join the fantastic Alba team.

Located near Harrods, Alba Restaurant embodies authentic Italian hospitality with a modern twist. From our impressive open kitchen featuring fresh seafood to indulgent dishes with Piedmont Truffles, every meal is crafted with care. As Pastry Sous Chef you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the preparation and production of all pastry items.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen departments to coordinate dessert offerings with the overall menu.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve pastry offerings.
