We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Apprentice Commis Chef to join the team of our stunning private members’ club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs.

A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

Annabel’s is an all-day and all-night private Members’ Club. In Mayfair London. At its core, the club is a place to entertain and be entertained. With a timeless combination of comfort, glamour and intimacy, the Club continually strives to create an atmosphere that is as unforgettable and celebratory as ever, for a diverse, eclectic and cosmopolitan membership.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

We have partnered with Lifetime Training and Westminster Kingsway College, and we are proud to be the only provider of this apprenticeship in the country. This is due to the bespoke industry leading enrichment days and masterclasses you’ll attend which will enhance your knowledge and skills throughout the apprenticeship.

Throughout your apprenticeship you will be working with the finest ingredients and will be mentored by your Chef to develop your skills and experience. This role could lead into a full time Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie position in Annabel’s.
