Restaurant Admin – Caprice Holdings

We are looking for a Restaurant Administrator to join the team as part of Caprice Holdings.



Working as a Restaurant Administrator within our Restaurants will give you exposure to a busy, high volume dining operation.

You’ll assist with the HR process and administration in the restaurant, making sure everything is carried out to the letter, and ensuring compliance and correct procedures are followed at all times, as well as:

• Assist the General Manager and the wider management in the day to day running of the business.
• Ensure that the restaurant operates to the required standards.
• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the office.
• Maintain responsibility for the overall company standard including financial and HR audit.
• Enrolling new employees as per UK legislation and company standard.
• Ensure the proper implementation of all company policies and procedures and to provide timely feedback to the GM on how the policies and procedures could evolve to ensure a continually improving guest experience.
• Attend training, team meetings as required.
• Communicate company policies, procedures, and standards and to ensure that these are fully understood, implemented, and adhered to by all team members.
