We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our ever expanding London team.

As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager to lead your team to care, to go the extra mile and to make people feel truly important. You will lead the team to bring our infectious spirit to the everyday, give it our all and constantly exceed expectations, treat everyone with dignity and worth. Reliability and quality are vital to who we are.

As an Assistant General Manager with San Carlo, your becoming part of something special. You are championing our way of life. Ideally, we would love to see

  •  Previous experience in a similar role
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction

But more than that, we want your personality… if that’s you, then our table is ready for you.
