We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a deep knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for staff management, inventory control, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bar operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and manage bar staff to maintain efficiency and teamwork.
• Develop and maintain an exciting cocktail menu, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Monitor and control stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and liquor laws.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reports to maximize profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Must be available to work evenings.
