What are we looking for?
Someone to lead and manage the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff. Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Encourage creativity and skill development within the team.
Maintain consistent and high-quality food standards. Conduct regular tastings and assessments to ensure that all dishes meet our restaurant's high standards.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.
Work with management to establish and manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
