Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a proven track record of leading culinary teams to success? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you, Castlefield's favourite restaurant & bar Albert’s Shed/Dukes 92 is on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Head Chef.

What are we looking for? 

  • Someone to lead and manage the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff. Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Encourage creativity and skill development within the team.

  • Maintain consistent and high-quality food standards. Conduct regular tastings and assessments to ensure that all dishes meet our restaurant's high standards.

  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.

  • Work with management to establish and manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
