**WE ARE PROUD TO HAVE BEEN RECOGNISED AS THE AA SMALL HOTEL GROUP OF THE YEAR (2024-2025) AND A TOP 30 BEST PLACES TO WORK IN HOSPITALITY EMPLOYER (2024)

Over the last 2 years, we’ve scooped seven people awards within the hospitality industry – we’re a people team that are driven by innovation, people first culture and making EHC an amazing place to work.  Read on to hear more about this exciting opportunity….

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working as part of our people team, you’ll provide proactive and efficient support across the entire employee lifecycle, including:

  • Creative Content & Engagement – Bring our culture to life by creating engaging internal and external content for social media, employee communications, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Resourcing & Onboarding – Manage job adverts, sift through applications, and be part of our outreach initiatives at schools, colleges, and universities to attract top talent.
  • People-Focused Support – Supporting our teams with general queries, help accessing our platforms, wellbeing support and more…
  • Exciting People Projects – Getting involved in initiatives like employee surveys,  engagement campaigns, and culture-defining projects that shape the future of our workplace.

What You’ll Need:

Most importantly….to care about people! (Sounds easy, right?!)   More broadly:

  • To have a creative spark with a passion for design, storytelling, and social media content creation
  • To be highly organised with strong IT skills (Office 365, great knowledge of social media, ideally video editing and experience of working with Canva)
  • To love working with people and have the confidence to build relationships remotely and in person
  • To have a curious mindset and a drive to learn and grow within a people focused department
  • Bring enthusiasm, team spirit, and fresh ideas to the table.

This role is perfect for those with experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator looking to develop their career further, HR graduates with placement experience, hospitality management graduates looking to move into HR instead of operations.
