JOB SUMMARY

As a Traffic Warden / Loading Bay Attendant / Security Operative in Loading Bay, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic, efficient loading and unloading of goods, and maintaining security within designated areas. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and security protocols. Your tasks as Traffic Warden / Loading Bay Attendant / Security Operative will include but not be limited to:

·         Monitor designated areas and enforce parking regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

·         Direct traffic during peak hours or special events to prevent congestion and maintain order

·         Oversee the loading and unloading of goods in designated loading areas

·         Ensure that vehicles adhere to designated loading and unloading zones and site restrictions i.e. height, weight and timings

·         Coordinate with delivery drivers and other personnel to facilitate efficient loading and unloading processes

·         Ensure the loading bay is secured when not in use to deter unauthorised access and maintain a visible security presence.

·         Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify and respond to any suspicious activity or security breaches

·         Maintain accurate records of parking violations, incidents, and security-related activities

·         Prepare reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and any notable observations for management review
