Gaucho are looking for an experienced and passionate Supervisor to join our Glasgow Gaucho teams! Accountable for the restaurant in terms of guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development both FOH and BOH. The Supervisor will work closely with the senior managers to run a smooth and successful operation in terms of finance, product and people. They focus on exceeding the expectations of the guest and provide the best possible experience incorporating Cycle of Service requirements at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with the Managers to execute the plan in place to deliver 100% hospitality, beat the budget and drive top line sales
• Oversee team objectives and development plans, and executing the succession plan in place
• Drives the Gaucho culture, inspires, guides and educates the front of house team
• Ensures a fully trained team regarding compliance and is personally fully trained, achieving above 95% on health and safety and food audits
• Enforcing brand standards in regards to guest feedback and mystery diner
Requirements

• Evidence of managing a team of people
• Has a guest focused approach to service
• WSET Level 2 desirable
