Manor Collection comprises three hotels – Reigate Manor, Hadlow Manor and Hartsfield Manor. We are looking for Food & Beverage or Bar Associates (Full Time or Casual), to join our team based at Hartsfield Manor in Betchworth, Surrey during an exciting period of growth and development.

(Due to the role involving bar work and serving alcohol, candidates must be 18 years +)

Role Responsibility

· Work with the Operations Manager and Duty Managers to maintain an efficient Bar and stock room

• Working within the Restaurant and lounge areas to serve food and drink to all our guests.

General assistant duties within the hotel:

· Till and counter service

· Supporting restaurant and events teams

· Attending weekly team meetings

· Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern

· Maintaining food safety and health and safety to meet legal and company requirements

· Hazard and defect reporting

The Ideal Candidate

· Possess good customer service skills

· Good communication skills – written and verbal

· Good understanding of cash handling and till operation

· Self-motivated and motivator

· Your shifts/hours will be varied according to the business needs, which will include day-time, night-time and weekends on a rota basis.
