Shepherd Neame is looking for a part time Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team, so if you are a new or aspiring chef that can commit to the early hours and and who is looking to carve out your career in the kitchen; this may be just the job for you.

The Horse and Groom is situated at the heart of Wilmington village near Dartford in Kent. Recently refurbished, the stylish Gastro pub is the perfect place to pop in for a quick drink, snack or to indulge in a delicious meal. We operate full table service seven days a week and can cater for as many as 600 covers on a busy day. We also have a great garden which also allows us to accommodate a further 180 hungry diners when the sun is shining.

We know that excellent chefs are the key ingredient to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you working as part of our friendly and supportive kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience to our customers.

Previous catering experience would be beneficial however if you haven’t got experience please do not worry, so long as that you love food, you are a morning person, you are confident and motivated, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
