Inamo has an exciting opening for a Restaurant Manager to operate in London. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a highly competitive salary dependent upon experience + tronc. OTE up to £42,000 per annum for the right person

Famed for being the first to bring interactive ordering systems to the tables of diners, with customisable projected table-cloths and other engaging interactive content, inamo’s aim is to immerse guests in a beautifully designed world of captivating technology and interactivity whilst serving high quality pan-Asian cuisine.
We’re looking for a strong and experienced Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate must come from a quality restaurant background and be customer focused, organised and highly professional.

The successful Restaurant Manager will display:

- High level of professionalism and reliability in a restaurant environment
- Ability to lead other members of the floor team.
- Ability to lead members of the reception/bar teams
- Awareness & application of health, safety and hygiene processes
- Good English language skills
- Capability of running a busy restaurant and pass in a sizeable restaurant
- Ability to proactively input into generating increased trade for the restaurants
- Ability to interact & engage with senior team such as Marketing Director, Operations Manager, Finance Manager, and the CEO on a daily basis

Typical duties of the Restaurant Manager may include but not be limited to:

- Managing a team and front of house operations as well as day to day administration
- Coaching and developing staff members and ensuring that they receive the required training
- Following and ensuring a trail of total accountability in terms of profitability, revenues, operational costs and cash flow at inamo, including day to day cash ups
- Delivering excellent customer service and handling all guests complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage & service
- Use of the EPOS system at all stages of service
- Maintain company standards of food quality, hygiene, and health and safety
- Be available to work any given day of the week; the restaurants are in operation 7 days per week .
