JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resource Officer will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is responsible for assisting in recruitment and selection, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with Human Resources polices and labor laws. This role also acts as a liaison between management and employees, promoting a positive work environment and contributing to the overall efficiency of human resources functions.
