What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible  for daily food preparations during their day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and .This will include  for supervising and leading all cooking personnel in your section together with the Junior Sous Chef or in their absence; participating in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; as well as training and developing other kitchen team members  all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.

  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
