We are looking for Waiters and Waitresses to join our team. 




Service

· Ensure high standard service is provided at all time

· Being aware of all bookings and any special requirement

· Ensure all areas are ready and set for service

· Knowledge of table numbers

Product Knowledge

· Attend all compulsory staff meeting and training sessions to improve knowledge

· Allergen knowledge

· Maximise sales opportunities wherever possible

· Knows the history and the art work of the restaurant

· Basic wine and cocktail knowledge

· Epos – Tevalis usage

Health and Safety Licencing

· Ensure all licencing laws and company policies are adhered to including underage drinking

· All our Employees are responsible for the safety of all our guests and colleagues. Therefore any dangerous situations must be actioned immediately where possible (e.g. a spillage is cleared up right away using a wet floor sign)

· Issues that cannot be resolve immediately need to be relayed to a manager immediately e.g. damaged electrical socket

Cleanliness and shift organisation

· Responsible for own sections` cleanliness

· Opening section to make sure everything is ready for service

· Closing down section at the end of the shift

· Ensure personal hygiene, uniform and appearance is well maintained at all time

· Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintain as per weekly/daily check lists

Training:

· Looking after an individual assigned to train as a buddy
