This is a physically demanding role, perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, moving and lifting, and spending time both indoors and outdoors. If you take pride in presentation, love working in a beautiful setting, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get the job done, this could be the perfect job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

? Setting Up & Transforming Wedding Spaces

• Moving and setting up tables, chairs, and decorations for ceremonies and receptions (heavy lifting required!).
• Ensuring all furniture and décor are perfectly positioned to meet each couple’s requirements.
• Making last-minute adjustments to ensure the venue looks flawless.

? Outdoor & Venue Maintenance

• Working in the gardens and grounds, keeping them tidy and pristine.
• Assisting with hot tub checks and light maintenance to keep facilities in top shape.
• Helping with general upkeep of the venue, ensuring all areas are ready to host weddings.

? Guest & Event Support

• Assisting suppliers and wedding guests as needed.
• Working closely with the events team to keep things running smoothly.
• Supporting other departments to ensure the best experience for our couples.

✔️ Physically fit and active – this role involves a lot of lifting, carrying, and moving furniture!
✔️ A hardworking, hands-on approach – no two days are the same, and you’ll be on your feet most of the time.
