Head Waiter / Head Waitress – Los Mochis City

Los Mochis is seeking an exceptional Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street, elevating the London dining scene from the 9th floor. The venue spans 14,000 sq ft, including a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with stunning views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second London location following the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

The Role

As Head Waiter / Head Waitress, you will play a key leadership role within the front-of-house team, supporting management in the smooth operation of lunch and dinner services. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring exceptional service standards, motivating the team, and delivering a memorable guest experience at all times.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Management, Bar, and Kitchen teams to maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all service periods.

Rate of Pay

  • £12.21 per hour House Pay
  • £5.79 – £6.79 per hour Tronc
  • + Excess Tronc
  • + Credit Card Tips

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the section teams during service
  • Ensure service standards and brand values are consistently upheld
  • Support training, coaching, and development of team members
  • Act as a point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and personalised experience
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge of food and beverages
  • Assist management with daily operations and service flow

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Senior Waiter / Head Waiter in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to lead by example and take full ownership of your section
  • Confident English communication skills with a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to follow standards
  • Drive, ambition, and a desire to progress within the business
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status)
