Loveday & Co. offers over 100 years of combined experience in elderly care, healthcare and hospitality. Loveday is recognised as the only private member’s club of senior care in London.

The Mission

We are passionately devoted to enhancing the lives of our members and their families. We blend our expertise in providing tailored, compassionate care, with world-class hospitality, to create an unrivalled culture of uncompromising excellence in everything we do. Based on the success of our award winning first home in Chelsea, we are expanding across London and the Home Countries with innovative new services for seniors.  Loveday will also open its’ first Health, Wellness and Rehabilitation retreat in 2025.

Strong multitasking skills are essential, as you will be expected to coordinate various projects, from content creation and social media management to event promotion and website maintenance.

A keen eye for branding, excellent written skills for proofreading and editing, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams—including marketing, sales, activities, and external agencies—will be key to success in this role. • Review social media content provided by the agency, making necessary adjustments to maintain consistency in brand tone of voice and visuals.
  • Assist sales teams with social media posting, stories, outreach, and engagement, providing support as needed.
  • Monitor and update review strategies across multiple platforms to enhance online reputation.
  • Track engagement metrics, report on social media performance, and optimise content strategies accordingly.

  • Ensure all marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media assets, align with brand guidelines and templates, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Oversee the placement of advertising across online and offline channels, ensuring campaigns are well-targeted and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Work with external agencies to ensure all digital and print campaigns are executed effectively and on time.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop creative concepts and fresh ideas.
  • Demonstrate initiative and bring new perspectives to continuously enhance the brand’s online and offline presence, including innovative ideas for PR.
