Scope
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant who will handle both F&B and Reception duties to join the Loveday team. The purpose of this role is to provide first class service to our members, their families, guests and all visitors to our Loveday care homes and to achieve this by learning, adopting and maintaining the Loveday Way of delivering outstanding levels of service in hospitality in both Front Of house and Food and Beverage operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality you will be required to work in a dual role, to include F&B service delivery and on reception in the capacity as a host, to meet and greet our members and guest, assisting and directing them with the purpose of their visit. The main requirement in this role is to provide seamless F&B Service to all our members and guests
