Role Overview

The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award-winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England. You will play a vital role in the marketing team to help manage the social media strategy for over 30 different inns, driving reach and engagement with our customers.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. 
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for various social media platforms. 
  • Manage and maintain over 30 social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. 
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
  • Introduce a relevant scheduling tool suitable for our business and train users to ensure maximum uptake.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, meeting business objectives
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
  • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
  • Interact with community and followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. 
  • Plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives. 
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. 
  • Monitor social media conversations, identify brand mentions, and respond to customer feedback in brand tone of voice.
  • Keep abreast of emerging social media trends and best practices. 
  • Work with marketing teams and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall business goals. 
  • Manage and track budgets for social media activities.

  • Strong communicator, working with others in the business to create a clear vision for social media

  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously creating new opportunities

 Requirements

  • Degree in relevant field (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience in relevant environment
  • Experience with social platforms and scheduling tools
  • Confident user of Microsoft Suite
  • Travel to sites when needed (expenses covered)
  • Have a genuine passion for marketing and the hospitality industry
