As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, engaging with guests, and delivering consistent, memorable service.

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to the highest standard.

• Deliver excellent guest service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and looked after.

• Maintain a clean, well-organised bar area and uphold all licensing and health & safety standards.

• Work closely with the bar and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

• Previous experience in a busy cocktail bar or restaurant environment.

• Passion for hospitality, cocktails, and delivering great service.

• Team player with a positive attitude and high energy.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Starting pay of £12.21 per hour plus service charge.
