We are looking for an experienced and driven Head Bartender to join the leadership team at Mezcalito. You will play a key role in supporting the bar operations, leading shifts, and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, vibrant environment with an opportunity for career progression.

• Lead and motivate the bar team during service.

• Assist management with the day-to-day running of the bar.

• Deliver excellent guest service and uphold company standards.

• Manage stock control, rotas, and staff training.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and operational procedures.

• Previous experience in a Head Bartender or similar leadership role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure environments.

• Professional, organised, and people-focused approach.
