Position Title: Experienced Automotive Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, steering, and electrical issues.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Use diagnostic tools and repair software efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repair timelines.
Must-Know Items:
  • Proficiency with OBD-II diagnostic tools and software.
  • Understanding of modern vehicle systems (fuel injection, ABS, SRS, TPMS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and wiring diagrams.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • ASE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must own a basic set of tools.
