The primary role of the Bartender is to serve & delight guests, surpassing their expectations and delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all items listed on the menus, including seasonal specials/ ingredients,  and demonstrate a duty of care to guests by having a thorough and up to date knowledge of allergens in all menu items, as well as an understanding of different dietary requirements. To show a commitment to learning and continuous professional development, both through your own engagement and by participating in all relevant training sessions.

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced quality restaurant
• Impeccable attention to detail

• Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
