As Head Bartender, you will oversee the bar operation, ensuring guests are served with warmth, precision, and efficiency while consistently delivering exceptional hospitality. You will lead by example, inspiring the bar team and maintaining the highest standards in drink preparation, menu knowledge, and service.
You must possess thorough knowledge of all beverages on the menu — including seasonal specials, premium spirits, sake, agave-based drinks, and signature cocktails — and maintain up-to-date awareness of allergens and dietary requirements. You will be expected to take full ownership of stock control, bar organisation, training, and operational excellence. A commitment to continuous professional development and participation in training sessions is essential.
Requirements and SkillsSignificant experience as a Senior Bartender or Head Bartender in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant or bar.
Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to train, motivate, and manage a team.
Impeccable attention to detail and consistency.
Deep passion for hospitality and drinks — especially Japanese and Mexican spirits, flavours, and techniques.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to continue learning.
Ability to maintain, elevate, and enforce high standards.
