DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for an intern in Talent Management, DEI scope and Leadership development – to help us with the Talent Management lifecycle in the company, including such processes as Talent Review Meetings – preparation and analytics, performance and development cycle 2025, diversity and inclusions projects, as well as development of high potentials and support with various leadership development programs. Join us at Radisson’s corporate support office for this exiting opportunity!


THE JOB:

You will be part of a fun team, with colleagues based both in Brussels and Madrid. As a team, we take care of the people side of the business, working closely with the business on initiatives going from talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent engagement and retention. All this in a more and more digitalized way, supported by our HRIS system Workday and Applicant tracking system Harri. 

DURATION: 6 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We want your internship in our department to be as excited possible, so let’s discover together in the first weeks what you would like to achieve in your internship. Some ideas we already have in mind on what you can support us: 

·         Analyze the data gathered through the Talent review meetings and use it to plan Talent activities – global scope.  

·         Support with creation and organization of various leadership development programs

·         Support with activation of Radisson Careers globally, including preparation of Career Month and various Career related activities and materials

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Being enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.

·         Being fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

·         Knowledge of excel and graphic tools is a plus.

·         Nothing else than being your truly self and supermotivated to start an existing journey for at least six months.
