The manager of partnerships will help to develop an integrated network of global partners that are brand aligned and echo the strategy of the loyalty program. This role is responsible for working to develop and deploy a suite of earning partners designed to encourage member engagement outside the hotels and select redemption vendors that will provide exciting opportunities for the global member base to create memorable moments.
The Manager is also responsible for the existing partnerships (e.g, Airlines, rental car partners etc) including the development of new revenue opportunities, creating value added opportunities and mutually beneficial market activation programs. They will work closely with the loyalty operations team who will manage the day to day of the program.
Responsible for continuously challenging the status quo, having a ‘Think Big’ approach mindset in communciations. Researching, recommending, and driving future innovation to positively impact the partners awareness and relevance.
Main Responsibilities on Pipeline Projects
· Key account management of existing partners in order to:
o Maximise the earning redeeming agreement, experience of members and visibility in all of the existing channels RR and partner wise
o Agree campaign calendar with partners
o Develop new opportunities and business within the current partners to enlarge the partnership
· Develop new partners according to the Loyalty partner strategy
· Define and follow up of partner KPI, goals and performance
· Special launch for new partners, with dedicated communication plan, targets set up for communications and maximizing channel visibility for the new partners
· All the partner promotions including the asset development, calendar, channel coordination and delivery to promote partner offers to members and reach the KPI target for each campaign.
