Job Description 
 
We are currently seeking a Global Paid Social Media Manager. At RHG, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Key responsibilities

Develop Paid Social strategy across the various platforms, working with area teams to localize by market
  • Manage and establish relationships with key platform partners (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok)
  • Plan and execute Paid Social for daily content and campaigns including goal setting and optimization o Manage monthly Paid Social budget 
  • Develop a clear measurement framework for KPIs and benchmarking
  • Provide strategic guidance to Social Media area stakeholders to best support their needs, and support other key stakeholders including Loyalty and HR Employer Brand to elevate their messaging
  • Liaise with the Social Media content team to boost brand awareness and secure the department’s objectives
  • Work cross-functionally to Support B2B, B2C and Loyalty integrated campaigns with key stakeholders including E-Commerce, Marketing & CRM Lead a team of 1 direct report  
Act as expert for area teams to direct Paid Social investment across the business
  • Be the guy-to-person at RHG for Social Paid Media
  • Share best practices, guideline development and webinar training program
  • Determine areas of opportunity and test & learn to share data-driven recommendations to improve current performance
  • Report on strategy and performance to key stakeholders
  • Ensure the right content reaches the right audiences across channels  
Lead the Social Listening strategy
  • Be the guardian of RHG online reputation by managing Social Listening tools
  • Pull out customer insights and business opportunities    
Qualifications 

  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
  • Fluent English
  • Expert knowledge of social media, with a keen eye on industry best practices
  • A heavy user the various paid social platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn campaign Manager, Twitter Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Experience with Social listening tools (eg. Sprinklr, Meltwater)
  • Up to date knowledge of Social Media Channels
  • An understanding of social media tracking capabilities including pixel and mobile app measurement
  • Extensive knowledge of targeting options across platforms
  • Strong analytical and planning capabilities with a keen marketing sense to draw conclusions and improve performance
  • Highly collaborative – ability to prioritize tasks and work together with different departments across our global teams
  • Success driven, high ambition
  • Capacity to engage senior executives and peers
