Position Summary & Mission
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Digital Experience Trainee to join our dynamic digital experience team at our corporate office in Brussels. This role involves managing enhancements and projects included in web releases, identifying improvement opportunities, and overseeing their implementation from start to finish. The trainee will work on projects that impact on the Radisson Hotel group hospitality business and push forward our digital landscape in a fast-paced, international environment.
Previous experiences in managing web and mobile developments (enhancements, incidents/bugs), working with analytics tools such as Adobe analytics, quantum metrics and others are highly appreciated and a plus.
DURATION: 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
The Digital Experience Trainee will:
· Understand users’ needs and how they interact with our website radissonhotels.com.
· Manage the prioritization of requirements and transform them into product specifications.
· Collaborate with product owners and designers to finalize product specifications into mock-ups.
· Coordinate with the development team on implementation details and timelines.
· Conduct quality tests.
· Participate in creative projects to contribute to the overall product roadmap.
· Analyse and report product usage, customer feedback, and success indicators to improve the product using tools like Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics, and Adobe.
· Work cross-functionally with development, design, content, and marketing teams in an international environment.
Requirements/Skills
The ideal candidate must:
· Be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
· Be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
· Be able to work in Europe.
· Have good skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Have an appetite UI & UX
· Possess excellent time management skills.
· Be able to effectively identify and solve problems.
· Understand how to mitigate risk factors.
· Have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with the team and communicate results.
· Be able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines.
· Have a modern digital mindset.
· Be self-driven and able to think outside the box.
· Have project management skills.
· Be autonomous, organized, and possess good analytical vision.
