COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.

Role Overview: The Reception Team Leader follows all administrative functions given by the Front Office and assists Hotel guests whenever possible. They supervise the day to day operations on the reception and ensures that policies and procedures are followed, ensures every guest receives service that is consistent and in line with the COMO Metropolitan London mission statement.

What you will do: 

  • To supervise the day to day operations on the reception and to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
  • Work towards departmental goals to meet the required targets for COMO club enrolments, upsell, LQA, online reputation and cross selling the spa and other hotel facilities
  • Be completely knowledgeable of room types, sales types, guest types, VIP codes and room rates. Maintain an excellent knowledge of room lay outs and features.
  • Lead by example in Guest Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional guest service and model LQA standard behaviour for the team, setting a high standard for guest interactions
Who you are: 
  • Previous experience in Reception, and with OPERA PMS or CLOUD
  • A positive character with a proactive approach and a self-driven attitude
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to speak another language is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in a 5 star luxury hotel is desirable
