Key responsibilities:
A positive, approachable "can do" attitude is a MUST
Adhere to company food hygiene standards
Prepare hot and cold dishes to be served/displayed on the Salad bar, following all company food specifications, whilst working efficiently and maintaining the highest standards,
Adhere to company health & safety standards as outlined in the staff handbook
Be competent in COSHH & HACCP
Work closely with all team, helping to train them as well as learn along the way
ABOUT YOU:
Team player
Have a progressive background with longevity in your job role
Be ambitious & have a desire to push your capabilities to the limit
Confident in running your section & want the desire to learn all sections
Approachable, calm under pressure & go above and beyond to help your team
