In this role, Swig will look to you to drive store-level sales growth through highly targeted campaigns, events, and community initiatives. You’ll serve as the go-to marketing resource for both corporate and franchise stores, offering strategies tailored to each location’s unique needs. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing marketing plans for new store openings, interpreting store-level financial data to identify growth opportunities, and working creatively to solve local marketing challenges. This position can be based out of Utah or Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth).

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Collaborate with locations identified as having growth potential, analyzing store-level and market data to develop and execute hyper-targeted  strategies that meaningfully boost sales and community engagement.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals, increase brand awareness and accelerate business growth across corporate and franchise locations.
  • Create and implement initiatives that form meaningful partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local organizations—driving brand awareness and local goodwill.
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns for new locations, ensuring each new store generates community excitement, drives early foot traffic, and sets the foundation for sustained success.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to both corporate and franchise teams, helping each location plan and execute store-specific campaigns that overcome unique local challenges, boost awareness, and drive meaningful traffic.
  • Look beyond traditional marketing tactics to identify and spearhead initiatives that genuinely support the neighborhoods we serve, ensuring Swig is a positive force wherever we operate.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • A proven track record of leveraging both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a eye for creating campaigns that truly connect with local communities and boost brand love
  • Strong communicator who can drive action, keep things running smoothly with all teams, and showcase the impact of marketing initiatives to senior leadership with confidence.
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver on-time and on-brand
  • Ability to transform analytical data to strategic action items
  • Familiarity of community outreach, partnership and fundraiser tactics to drive demand and engagement.
  • Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for cross-promotion and local marketing strategies
