Your main responsibilities as Restaurant Manager will include the day to day running of the restaurant, with emphasis on all aspects of the guest dining and wine experience and development and training of the restaurant team.

 What are we looking for in a Restaurant Manager? 

• Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star property is essential
• A good knowledge of wine or WSET certification is an advantage.
• Strong motivational ethic and attention to detail. 
• Be an excellent team player and enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
• Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons and weekends
