The Prince of Wales, Barnet (opening Spring 2025) This much-loved local, the last remaining pub in the village of East Barnet, is also currently undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment to showcase a 40-cover bar, a 104-cover dining room, and refurbished terrace, with a total of 84 covers for outside dining to the front and rear of the property​.

• Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
• Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
• To be a real team player it is essential that you are flexible
• Have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen
• Eager to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our Chefs
