Job Title: Bratwurst Swing Grill Operator

Location: The Winter Club, Canary Wharf

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bratwurst Swing Grill Operator to join our Winter Club team in Canary Wharf. You’ll be at the heart of the festive atmosphere, grilling authentic German sausages to perfection, engaging warmly with guests, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile (and a delicious bratwurst in hand!).

Zero Hour Contract, Flexible working hours. Weekend and evening work is required. 

Event runs November to February

• Operate the swing grill safely and efficiently to cook and serve bratwurst and other grilled items.
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards in line with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service—greeting, serving, and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Monitor stock levels, manage portion control, and restock supplies as needed.
• Keep the grill area and surrounding workspace clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Follow all food safety, fire safety, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to the festive atmosphere by embodying the Winter Club’s fun, welcoming spirit.

• Previous experience in grilling, street food, catering, or hospitality preferred.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy, outdoor environment.
• Positive attitude, and passion for creating great guest experiences.

• Outdoor winter setting—must be comfortable working in cold weather.
• Shift-based work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Uniform and appropriate protective clothing will be provided.
