Thesleff Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly experienced Head of Sales to create, lead and develop our sales strategy across the company’s portfolio of luxury hospitality venues. This senior leadership role will focus on driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Thesleff Group operates Los Mochis restaurants in Notting Hill & London City, the iconic Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge, and the vibrant Viajante87 cocktail bar and lounge in Notting Hill. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for delivering a cohesive, revenue-focused strategy to enhance our brand's position as a leader in the luxury hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share across all Thesleff Group venues.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to ensure individual and team performance aligns with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term loyalty and collaboration.
  • Identify new opportunities in target markets, securing strategic partnerships to expand the group’s reach and revenue streams.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adjust strategies and capitalise on opportunities.
