Could you be who we’re looking for?

We’re recruiting for an Assistant General Manager to help lead a fantastic team who go above and beyond and believe that every detail really matters and provide outstanding experiences for every guest, every time.

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager from the leisure, F&B or hospitality industry who loves having a varied role and taking responsibility for all aspects of an operation. You'll be responsible for:

·        Supporting the General Manager in the effective running of Treetop in all areas of the business

·        Managing shifts to respond to guest patterns, safety, needs and wants

·        Working with managers to deliver the Treetop vision, following all processes and procedures

·        Upholding the standards of how we do things set out in our “How To” guides

·        Creating an environment that is team focused and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members

·        Work at pace when required and maintain standards under pressure

·        Prepare for and attend regular calls & meetings with senior management

 What we’ll offer

·        £31,000 salary per annum

·        Quarterly performance related bonus programme up to £5,000 annually
