WatchHouse is an industry leading group of specialty coffee houses across London, with a flagship house in the heart of the Cotswolds - Bath. Baristas are the beating heart of WatchHouse. We are looking for skilled and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our team at WatchHouse Seven Dials.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a professional kitchen and be confident and skilled in service. We serve a seasonal and fresh menu based around British Brunch Cuisine. Be ready to introduce our new customers to the Modern Coffee experience.
You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting food preparation as well as full service.
Working alongside the kitchen team to support with any needs from washing cutlery, plating dishes to putting away orders.
Maintaining a clean work space throughout the day; cleaning floors, santisting stations, taking out the refuse and maintaining safety standards.
You will be working in professional kitchens and best-in-class equipment.
This role is full time 40 hours per week. You'll be based at one location but we ask that everyone is flexible and willing to help out at one of the 12 sites across London.
This role also gives the successful candidates the opportunity to join WatchHouse at a time in which we are gearing towards exciting expansion, giving everyone unique career opportunities over the coming months and years, the perfect role for someone looking to pursue a career in the hospitality industry.
