We're looking to add an Area Support Chef to join our Wildwood team.

What we offer

Hourly rate (48 hour contract) up to £33,600 plus service charge – Approx. 5k a year additional = yearly earnings approx £39k

Who we are

We opened the first Wildwood in 2008 and we have gone from strength to strength ever since. We believe in keeping it simple, focusing on great food, exceptional service and spectacular sites, it seems to be working as we have now grown to 50 restaurants Our well-crafted menu offers a wide grill selection and provides something for everyone including, classic pizza and pasta dishes, as well as tasty salads and comforting risottos.

What you will be doing

As Area Support Chef it would be your job to help support other kitchen teams within the restaurants. The ideal person would be hands-on with their day-to-day duties, traveling between sites to assist in keeping the quality high throughout. Supporting the Head Chef with training and assisting with tasks such as labour control and stock management and cook offs. We would love to see someone who has similar experience of multi-kitchen management but would also consider a senior Head Chef who is ready for their first foray into an Operational role.

What we’re looking for

· Positive attitude and ability to communicate well.

· High level of cooking knowledge.

· Knowledge of labour control

· Work closely with the Operation Managers to ensure all the kitchens are fully trained, organised and staffed

· Flexibility to travel
