We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful restaurant based in the heart of the West End. This 70 cover restuarant with some outdoor dining makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.  

This is a small restaurant and would suit someone working in a similar style restaurant. This may not work for someone managing a huge venue. Knowledge of the local area and experience with the theatre dining rush could be benefical. 

There is a great team both front and back of house. 

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge (approx 12k a year in tronc).

·       Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant

·       Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams

·       Energy and passion for providing great guest experiences

·       Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture

·       Loves to be in the thick of it.
