We’re looking for a District Manager to lead and inspire multiple stores. As the District Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of store operations—including People, Standards, Product, and Safety, both Front and Back of House.

What You’ll Do:

As District Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading high-performing teams, building a culture of excellence, and ensuring every customer enjoys outstanding service and products.
  • Making strategic decisions to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle—from recruiting and developing talent to retaining top performers.
  • Ensuring high operational standards and maintaining a welcoming environment in every store.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leadership – A successful track record as an Area Manager or Multi-Site General Manager within the QSR industry.
  • Customer Champion – A true passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences and maintaining top-notch standards.
  • Team Builder – Skilled in motivating, leading, and cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Operational Expertise – Strong command of P&L management, KPIs, and seamless store operations.
  • Thrives Under Pressure – Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments while staying focused and adaptable.

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of proven experience managing multiple sites, ideally within the hospitality or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector.
