We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a seasoned General Manager to join our team, responsible for the leadership of our Denver location. Our culture welcomes those that work hard, are always finding solutions, can bring new and innovative ways to evolve our business, and are true collaborators! This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, building a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Overseeing all restaurant operations, making key decisions to drive success.
· Managing financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
· Ensuring food quality, safety, and compliance with all industry standards.
· Lead, train, and develop a top-tier team that delivers exceptional service.
· Cultivating a welcoming atmosphere that embodies Southern hospitality.
Requirements:
· Must have a minimum of 5 years of GM experience or similar.
· Strong business acumen with communication, problem solving and strategic thinking.
· Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
· Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
· Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
· Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
· Must possess effective communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
