Bleecker is on a mission to serve the best burger in an equal world. We’re looking for a seasoned and values-led Operations Director to drive quality, consistency, and growth across our restaurants and delivery kitchens.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for leading site operations, owning food and service standards, compliance, and delivering commercial performance. You’ll report into the Founder, directly manage our two Operations Managers and work closely with the Brand, People, and Finance teams to shape the future of Bleecker.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong QSR background (5+ years in multi-site leadership), who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience in both independent and larger-scale hospitality businesses. You must be passionate about food, focused on detail, and committed to building diverse, inclusive and high-performing teams.

The role will be hybrid, based between Bleecker Sites, London Office and Home.
