financials and the ability to
encourage and increase knowledge of those around you to improve

| • Detail orientated, with a passion for high standards, leading by
example and encouraging the team to follow suit |
| • A passion for building and inspiring teams to grow towards their
full potential, helping to improve efficiency and knowledge of the whole team |
| • Experience with compliance and upholding standards in terms of
food safety, COSHH & licensing legislation |
| • Willingness to learn and grow through personal feedback and

| • An excellent and efficient communicator, able to speak confidently and respectfully to both junior and senior members of the team along with all types of guests |
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
| • Overseeing the management team, ensuring all company policies and standards are upheld |
• Ensuring all sales and profit targets are met to the best of your ability, whilst managing costs to the business |
• Creating and planning rotas based on sales forecasts and labour budgets |
• Training and motivating the team to ensure they are set for success |
• Being in charge of compliance – Health and safety at work, COSHH, licensing legislation |
• Overseeing recruitment of all departments |
• Carrying out appraisals, performance management and disciplinaries where necessary |
• Ensuring the guest experience is seamless and that all feedback is listened to and reviewed regularly |
